Spread love with your decor this season
Category: Home Front Written by Amina Alhassan
It is the season of love as preparations are in top gear to celebrate Saint Valentine’s Day which is barely a week away. This season isn’t just for lovers or couples. It cuts across all age groups and relationships. It could be with your siblings, children, colleagues or even yourself. It’s all about sharing and showing love and care.
It wouldn’t be a bad idea to add one or two decors in your home to reflect the mood of the season. There are vast home decors available to compliment the season or even your mood. But mind you when choosing any of the decors it should be one that compliments what you already have in the home. Whatever decor you choose should be one that catches the atention and delight of any visitor who comes knocking. Better still it should be one that makes you go ‘there is really no place like home’ whenever you step in. There are a lot of beautiful accessories to enhance your home, giving it that decorator’s touch or look without the cost of a decorator.
The home speaks a lot of your personality so does the type of decor you choose to use in your home. Take into consideration that not every house is a home; a home is more than just building where people reside, and you have to make your home pleasing and comforting. Have you visited someone’s house and felt so at home, this is simply because the person really took time out to pick out decors that will be distinctive in the home. Why not you give yours a try and usher in the season of love in a pleasurable and distinct way, starting from your garden to your entry way, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and all other places that can distinctively describe the real you.
