Plateau journalists mourn death of late colleague

The Plateau state chapter of League of Veteran Journalists (LVJ), a body of mostly retired journalists has visited the Jos home of its member and official,  Emenike Simon Ukoha who died recently.  The deceased was the assistant secretary of the league until Sunday January 10, 2013 when he died of no established disease. Commiserating with the family of late Ukoha, chairman of the Plateau LVJ, Dr Gideon Barde  described the late Ukoha as a committed and dedicated member who would engage any tasks given to him with his best ability. “We have lost a strong pillar and dedicated person,” Barde said. Ukoha’s widow, Mrs Justina, thanked the visiting LVJ members for their show of love to the family of their departed colleague.
