Group backs Yero over appointments

The Zazzau Emirate Development Association (ZEMDA) has thrown its weight behind the choice of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and other aides by Kaduna state Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero. A press statement issued by the National president of the association, Dr Isa Abdullahi Shika said the appointees from their track record are upright and humble people.

“The appointment of the SSG and SA political is a good choice. We in ZEMDA will not hesitate to recognize ourselves with this development because of the knowledge we have on these personalities including other subordinates appointed alongside with them.

“The appointees from their track records are upright and humble as well as God fearing citizens which we believe will positively assist the governor to lead Kaduna to a greater height,” the statement said.
