The INEC returning officer from Ekiti state will begin his presentation of results of the presidential election held last Saturday from the commission’s situation room in Abuja, chairman Prof. Attahiru Jega told newsmen.
It will be followed by Ogun, Enugu, Kogi and Osun states.
Elder Godswill Peter Orubebe is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) agent, while Senator Olunmbi Mamora as well as Dr Hakeem Baba Ahmad are representing the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the presidential pollcollation centre.
There are 19 procedures of collating the presidential election, which starts from local government collation level, to state and then taken down to Abuja, the national collection centre, where announcement of winner is made by the chief electoral officer, who is the INEC chairman.
