Kogi civil servants to join NHIS scheme

Kogi State governor Idris Wada has said that civil servants in the state will soon be registered for the National Health Insurance Scheme, describing it as a veritable platform to providing quality services to employees. The governor stated this through his deputy, Yomi Awoniyi, when he received the technical committee report for the enrolment of workers into the scheme. He said NHIS will enable workers in the state access effective and quality healthcare services.
