Kogi CJ flays prison officials over court order

Kogi State Chief Judge, Justice Nasir Ajanah, has expressed displeasure over the failure of prison officials to execute an order to carry out psychiatric test on a prison inmate. The chief judge, who stated this Tuesday while reviewing the cases of awaiting trial inmates at the Kabba Medium Security Prisons, redirected the prisons authorities to arrange for proper psychiatric examination for two inmates to determine their mental state.
