Management of Federal Government College, Jos, has said that the 61 per cent performance the school recorded in the last examination conducted by West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC), was its best in 10 years, and that it is an indication that the college has improved. Principal of the college, Mohammed Kudu Manko, who addressed the media as part of activities marking the college’s 40th anniversary, said the college’s 52.6 per cent in the 2012 final examination organised by National Examinations Council (NECO) was also its best performance since 2004.
