Some 2, 900 youths in Gombe State are benefitting from Federal Government’s N-Power scheme.
Addressing a press conference yesterday in Gombe, the beneficiaries under the auspices of Gombe N-Power Ambassadors, faulted Senator Muhammad Danjuma Goje who allegedly said there was no single person on the scheme in his state and called for its scrapping.
Muawiya Abdulhamid who spoke for the Gombe N-Power Ambassadors, described Goje’s comment as a disservice to the beneficiaries, adding that 548 of the N-Power beneficiaries in Gombe came from Gombe-Central, Goje’s constituency.
