Falz – This is Nigeria

The drop of the cover version of Childish Gambino’s ‘This is America’, ‘This is Nigeria’ garnered rave reviews for Falz. The video reflected on the social issues in Nigeria causing some controversy. With over 3 million views on YouTube in a week, it became one of the most trending videos on the site. American rapper Diddy even took to his own Instagram account to post the video captioning it, “artists changing the game!”

2Baba ft. Peruzzi – Amaka

Multi award winning artist 2Face Idibia aka 2Baba has also released a new video of his track, ‘Amaka’. The video has been teased on social media before it’s release and it’s already well on its way to a million views.

Seyi Shay ft. Kizz Daniel – Surrender

With a new EP out and applauds for the artistic work, the highlight song of the EP, Surrender, featuring Kizz Daniel with a beat provided by DJ Neptune, its no wonder Seyi Shay secured a spot on one of one of the most trending videos right now. 

Mr. Eazi ft. Slimcase & Mr. Real – Overload

This collaboration includes the ‘shakushaku’ master himself, Mr. Real and Slimcase for a catchy tune and a great video. With over 700,00 videos, its well on its way to topping the charts. Mr. Eazi also recently signed a deal with Columbia Records.

Phyno ft. Wale – N.W.A

Phyno has once again featured an internationally recognized artist, Wale on his latest hit, ‘N.W.A.’ after the success of his last single featuring Olamide. The video already had over half a million views and counting and he has also been applauded for shooting the video here in Nigeria instead of going abroad to do it.
