Seventy ladies are to participate in the maiden edition of 4-lnch High Heels Race Competition billed for Nov. 18 in Lagos to encourage ladies to be smart and confident on high heels.

The organiser, Dede Kalu, also the Chief Executive Officer, DAK Marketing Online Services (DMS), made this known on Tuesday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos.

Dede said that ladies ought to practice how to work on heels to avoid accidents, adding that contestants are within 17 years to 28 years of age.

Mrs Mercy Ukpai-Uma, Senior Client Service Manager of the organisation, said “The first person will go home with N100,000, the second, N70,000, and the third person, N50,000.

“The fourth to 20 will go home with consolation prices such as soaps, wears and cosmetics.”

The event would hold at the CMD Field, Magodo Shangisha, Ikeja, from 10a.m. (NAN)
