Lagos State Governor Akinwumi Ambode has approved the appointment of Mr. Idowu Ajanaku as Special Adviser on Information and Strategy.
A letter signed by the Head of Service, Mrs. Folasade Sidikatu Adesoye, said the appointment was in line with Ambode’s vision to strengthen the information machinery.
Mr. Ajanaku, who was the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Strategy, worked with the Vanguard and the Guardian newspapers for over 15 years.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the Lagos State University (LASU) and a Master’s degree in History and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
