 The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen will soon react on the death of former CJN, Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu.

In a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the CJN, Awassam Bassey from Montreal, Canada, said he and the CJN are currently attending a conference organized by the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law, said the CJN will make his reaction soon.

He however said he received a Whatsapp message from Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Mrs. Hadizatu Mustapha confirming Justice Katsina-Alu’s death.

Justice Katsina-Alu, Who was in office between 2009 and 2011, hailed from Ushongo in Benue State.
