Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank PLC (ITMB) has emerged the winner of the  Federal Mortgage Bank (FMBN)  Excellence award in recognition of its effectiveness in packaging and timely disbursement of NHF loans to beneficiaries and minimal customer complaint at the 2017 FMBN Award of Excellence.

The award was to honour internal and external stakeholders of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria for their contributions during the year 2016/2017. The award winners were named and rewarded in a ceremony  held at the corporate headquarters of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria in Abuja.

The award categories were for both staff and other external stakeholders. Other recipients included FHA Homes, a leading Real Estate Developer and members of staff who were rewarded in several categories.

The FMBN Excellence Awards is the flagship awards of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria recognising innovation, good partnership, diligence and leadership within the Housing Finance Community in Nigeria.

The MD/CEO of  FMBN Ahmed  Dangiwa in his speech said that the whole process of the selection of awardees was transparent and in the final analysis no other Primary Mortgage Bank came close to Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank in the assessment criteria. He encouraged the management of the bank to keep up the good work in partnering FMBN.

In his response, the MD/CEO of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank PLC, Mr. Olabanjo Obaleye thanked the management of FMBN.
