The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State has accused the Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC) of working for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in order to give it undue advantage ahead of the forth coming local government polls.
In a statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, John Akans, the PDP said the extension of the submission and payment of nomination forms which elapsed since November 23, but extended to November 26, only to accommodate the APC who could meet up with the payment in time.
The Plateau State APC Secretary, Bashir Musa Sati, denied the allegation, saying that PLASIEC is a neutral and independent body.
