The senator representing Southern Kaduna Senatorial District, Danjuma T. Laah has commended the Inspector General of Police Ibrahim Kpotun Idris for granting the approval of a police boarding secondary school in the district.
Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony of the school at Tum-Kagoro, Kaura Local Government Area, Senator Laah announced that the police authorities had also approved the siting of Police Children Primary School in Kafanchan, Jema’a Local Government Area.
“I plead with you for understanding and cooperation in an atmosphere of peaceful coexistence that will foster rapid development in our various communities. As we lay this foundation stone, let it serve as a milestone to drive the process of our development thrust for posterity,” Laah said.
The Inspector General of Police who was represented by the Area Commandant, Kafanchan Police Command, Kayode Sunday said the establishment of the schools in the zone would increase the prospects of enhanced human capacity building and technological development.
